Le projet de consolidation des r\u00e8gles regroupera les deux ensembles de r\u00e8gles applicables aux courtiers en valeurs mobili\u00e8res (les r\u00e8gles IDPC) et aux courtiers en fonds communs de placement (les r\u00e8gles MFD) en un seul ensemble de r\u00e8gles applicables aux deux cat\u00e9gories de courtiers membres de l&rsquo;OCRCVM. Les r\u00e8gles consolid\u00e9es de r\u00e9glementation des membres seront connues sous le nom de R\u00e8gles des courtiers en valeurs mobili\u00e8res et r\u00e8gles consolid\u00e9es de l&rsquo;OCRCVM (R\u00e8gles des courtiers en valeurs mobili\u00e8res et r\u00e8gles consolid\u00e9es).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif de la phase 2 du projet de consolidation des r\u00e8gles (phase 2 des r\u00e8gles CD propos\u00e9es) est d&rsquo;adopter des r\u00e8gles \u00e0 conserver qui sont uniques aux r\u00e8gles IDPC ou MFD et qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es comme n&rsquo;ayant pas d&rsquo;impact important sur les parties prenantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e8gles propos\u00e9es pour les CD en phase 2 impliquent l&rsquo;adoption de r\u00e8gles relatives aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la marge,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les march\u00e9s de la dette et les courtiers en obligations inter-n\u00e9gociants, et<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la n\u00e9gociation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aper\u00e7u des commentaires du Conseil:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le CAC est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement favorable aux efforts de consolidation des r\u00e8gles de l&rsquo;OCRCVM qui auront pour effet de promouvoir l&rsquo;harmonisation de la r\u00e9glementation et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation. En particulier, ils appuient la proposition de cr\u00e9er un formulaire de d\u00e9p\u00f4t financier uniforme (formulaire 1), tel qu&rsquo;envisag\u00e9 dans la phase 1 du projet de consolidation, qui sera particuli\u00e8rement utile pour les entit\u00e9s de courtage \u00e0 double inscription existantes et qui facilitera l&rsquo;examen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le CAC continuerait \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier l&rsquo;inclusion d&rsquo;une analyse d&rsquo;impact et\/ou d&rsquo;un contexte fond\u00e9 sur des donn\u00e9es concernant les objectifs vis\u00e9s par la collecte de donn\u00e9es suppl\u00e9mentaires aupr\u00e8s des entit\u00e9s de courtage, afin de mieux comprendre l&rsquo;effet sur l&rsquo;efficience et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9glementation, et les aspects syst\u00e9miques\/macroprudentiels de la r\u00e9glementation des valeurs mobili\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>T\u00e9l\u00e9charger le PDF : CIRO Bulletin 24-0007 \u2013 Rules Bulletin \u2013 Request for Comments \u2013 DC Rules \u2013 Rule Consolidation Project \u2013 Phase 2 R\u00e9sum\u00e9 de la lettre : CIRO publie pour commentaires la phase 2 de son projet de consolidation des r\u00e8gles.
