Publication of proposed Financial and Consumer Services Commission Rule TPA-001 General and Rule TPA-002 Fees under the Financial Advisors and Financial Planners Title Protection Act<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>R\u00e9sum\u00e9 de la lettre&nbsp;:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La Commission des services financiers et des services aux consommateurs sollicite les commentaires du public sur les deux r\u00e8gles propos\u00e9es pour accompagner la Loi sur la protection des titres des conseillers financiers et des planificateurs financiers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif de la Loi sur la protection des titres des conseillers financiers et des planificateurs financiers (la \u00ab Loi \u00bb) est de garantir que les professionnels utilisant les titres de conseiller financier ou de planificateur financier poss\u00e8dent des normes de formation minimales pour \u00eatre accr\u00e9dit\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est propos\u00e9 que le cadre de la loi soit soutenu par deux r\u00e8gles&nbsp;: la r\u00e8gle TPA-001 G\u00e9n\u00e9ral qui \u00e9nonce les crit\u00e8res d&rsquo;accr\u00e9ditation des organismes et leurs pouvoirs \u00e0 approuver, et la r\u00e8gle TPA-002 Frais qui \u00e9nonce les frais \u00e0 payer. \u00e0 la Commission dans le cadre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aper\u00e7u des commentaires du Conseil&nbsp;:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le CAC appuie les efforts continus de la FCNB pour harmoniser son r\u00e9gime de protection des titres pour les conseillers financiers et les planificateurs financiers dans toutes les juridictions et est particuli\u00e8rement encourag\u00e9 par l&rsquo;approche progressive de la FCNB \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard des frais et l&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elle offrirait aux petites entit\u00e9s et \u00e0 celles qui ont moins d&rsquo;utilisateurs de titres et qui cherchent \u00e0 entrer dans le cadre r\u00e9glementaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous encourageons la FCNB \u00e0 collaborer davantage avec les autres organismes de r\u00e9glementation provinciaux et territoriaux afin d&rsquo;harmoniser davantage le processus de demande et d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en vigueur pour mieux mettre en \u0153uvre et \u00e9tablir les fondements d&rsquo;une approche pancanadienne de la protection et de la r\u00e9glementation des consommateurs de produits et services financiers dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>T\u00e9l\u00e9charger le PDF: FCNB &#8211;
