Letter Summary:
The FCAA is consulting with respect to the regulation of financial planners and financial advisors, including with respect to the use of titles. Along with general comments, they have asked for feedback as to whether Saskatchewan should follow the same approach as Ontario’s new Financial Professionals Title Protection Act, 2019.
